The Pantry Collection
Wine production is the beating heart of RALLO, with a particular mastery in white wines. Our vineyard rises from the landscape like a natural amphitheater, showcasing the varietal purity of indigenous grapes — silent guardians of a winemaking tradition rooted in centuries of history.
A Centenary Olive Grove
At the heart of our estate stands a true protagonist: a century-old grove of Cerasuola olive trees, the last living witness to an olive-growing tradition surrounded by a sea of vineyards along the SP10 Alcamo–Camporeale road.
This grove is not just a landmark — it is the geographic soul of our property. Perched on the slopes of Pattipiccolo hill, it thrives in a place where only the olive tree could survive. Here, sandy, low-fertility soils, steep inclines (140–450 meters), and relentless winds create an environment too harsh for other crops — yet ideal for this ancient variety.
What results is an olive grove that embodies resilience, heritage, and the purest expression of the land.
Loliomio
This remarkable “warrior” of the land, with its shimmering silver foliage, yields an oil of extraordinary organoleptic character. Each harvest is small and precious, and every bottle is officially certified by the Trapani Chamber of Commerce, meeting the highest standards of the D.O.P. Valli Trapanesi designation.
La Grappa
Our pantry proudly features La Grappa di Nero d’Avola, crafted from carefully recovered grape pomace — a tribute to our philosophy of total respect and valorization of the vine. In collaboration with the prestigious South Tyrolean distillery La Valdôtaine, this spirit represents a meeting of two Italian excellences: the raw power of Sicilian fruit and the refined artistry of master distillers from the Alps.
The result is a grappa of character — elegant, aromatic, and a true testament to Italy’s distilling tradition.
Our creations are born from a deep reverence for the land—not a resource to be consumed, but a legacy to cherish and preserve for generations to come. Guided by sustainable cultivation, a devotion to quality over quantity, and the protection of native Sicilian varieties, we honor the timeless bond between nature and tradition.
Each bottle, each drop of oil, each sip of grappa captures the true essence of Western Sicily—an elegant harmony of flavor and respect for a land that continues to yield its most precious gifts.
