Once again this year, Merano WineHunter has recognized our work in the vineyard and in the winery: three of our wines have received the prestigious WineHunter Award, earning a place among the finest selections identified by Helmuth Köcher’s panel.

AV01 2024 — an Orange Catarratto, scored between 93 and 95.9. Born from skin-contact maceration, this wine expresses the full complexity and character of one of western Sicily’s most distinctive grape varieties, in a contemporary and original interpretation.

Al Qasar 2025 — a Zibibbo, also awarded a score between 93 and 95.9. A wine that tells the story of the deep bond between our land and the Arab culture that shaped it for centuries, capturing all the aromatic richness typical of this variety.

Lucido 2025 — our new Catarratto, scored between 90 and 92.9. Its name itself evokes clarity and brightness — a wine that shifts in nuance with the changing seasons, just like the grape it comes from.

This recognition makes us proud and confirms the path we’ve chosen: quality, a strong sense of place, and care at every stage of production.

And that’s not all: once again this year, we look forward to seeing you at the Merano WineFestival, the event that has celebrated Italian and international food and wine excellence since 1992. It will be the perfect opportunity to tell you more about these wines, let you taste them, and celebrate together another milestone for our winery.
