migliore ristorazione siciliana.

Una buona bottiglia di vino per una strana forma di magia crea subito calore, affinità; il vino è un invito al dialogo, così “Io porto da bere” è un modo di dire ma è anche attitudine. Letteralmente BYOB è l’acronimo di Bring Your Own Bottle ovvero: portati la bottiglia.
Azienda Agricola Rallo, il 27 e 28 novembre 2023, promuove per il terzo anno, il format #byob, un progetto culturale inedito che coinvolge la migliore ristorazione siciliana e la invita al dialogo.
Presso il Salone degli Specchi de l’Hotel delle Palme di Palermo la conferenza sarà sul tema: “La critica gastronomica nella ristorazione. Vantaggi e debolezze di un sistema a servizio del miglior made in Italy”.
Condurrà il dibattito Gianfranco Marone, professore ordinario di Semiotica dell’ Università degli Studi di Palermo.
Byob è l’appuntamento che Rallo Azienda Agricola ha creato per favorire lo scambio di idee, visioni, spunti, e condivisioni, in cui a ogni partecipante viene chiesto di dire la sua, manifestando quindi il proprio pensiero. Al dibattito seguirà una cena in cui si stapperanno le bottiglie del cuore e si ascolteranno le storie che le hanno rese tali.
